Italian Chicken

Italian Dressing of your choice
Cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced in half
Yellow squash, cubed or sliced
Green squash, cubed or sliced
  1. Clean chicken – I remove the skin
  2. Place chicken in pan
  3. Place vegetables on top and around chicken
  4. Pour dressing on top
  5. Cook uncovered in oven on 350° for 2 hours  
Tips:  Light or fat free Italian dressing comes out just as good as the full fat dressing
