Chocolate Mug Cake

You know how sometimes you crave chocolate cake, but don’t want to bake one?  Well, in order to fill my cravings I make a chocolate mug cake.  It’s a single serving cake, takes less than 5 minutes to make and uses ingredients you already have in the house.  I love this recipe because all you need is a mug and a one-tablespoon measuring spoon.  How much easier can the clean-up get?

I thought this was the perfect recipe to share for the Mini-Food linkup.  It’s like your own personal cake!  I’ve never tried to freeze this cake, because that kinda defeats the purpose.  I only make it when I have a craving… I don’t want to keep extras in the freezer, because if the craving isn’t strong enough I won’t go through the work of making it.  Which is good- keeps things in the house a little healthier.
