Ds3 is now 4 years old! Where has the time gone?
I remember how hard it was! The transition from 2 kids to 3 wasn’t traumatic in any way, but I was so fortunate to have a 12 week maternity leave. Let me tell you… you get used to not going to work pretty darn quickly! Even though I spent most of my time nursing and changing diapers, I loved every minute of it.
After the birth of DS3 I wrote a series about my return to work after a 12 week maternity leave. It was a hard adjustment and there were a lot of changes to our routine, but I think we were ultimately successful. Even though I haven’t recently given birth, I thought that revisiting these posts could help or encourage you who are experiencing the same that I was 4 years ago.

What tips could you add to the list? What did you find hardest about returning back to work? Did you find it hard or were you looking forward to your return?
Until next time,
