Shabbos Menu Plan: P’ Vayigash (Dec 21-Dec 22)

It’s been a while since I last posted my Shabbos menu.  This week we’re keeping with our usual theme of super simple/ whatever’s in the freezer.  I think with all the excitement and eating we did on Chanuka I desperately need a low-key Shabbos.

Friday Night:

  • Vegetable Soup (freezer)
  • Minute Steak Roast (leftover pieces from freezer)
  • Chicken thighs for the kids- just baked in the oven with BBQ sauce
  • Roasted Butternut Squash
  • Potato Knish Kugel (freezer)

Shabbos Lunch:

I know it seems like a lot of kugels, but that’s what my kids eat, so I’m sticking to it!
