Eggs (I think Halachically you need to do at least 3)
- Places eggs in a pot large enough to hold them in a single layer (the more you do the bigger the pot)
- Add cold water to cover the eggs by an inch (so they float)
- Heat over a high flame just to boiling.
- Turn off stove and cover for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes, put under the sink and let cold water run until the eggs are cool to touch.
- Refrigerate and enjoy!
