  1. I like my weekly menu plans but am intrigued by OMAC. Have you ever done a vegetarian month with mostly pareve dishes? I try not to overdo it on the heavily dairy dishes, and I’d love to see a sample month along those lines.

  2. You should look at onceamonthmom.com – they have a vegetarian menu. I would love to make one of their menus, but we’re not vegetarian and the other ones aren’t kosher. Please let me know if you try it! I’d love to hear how it goes!

  4. The chicken came out really good, but we probably would’ve enjoyed it more if I didn’t over cook it. Entirely my fault… still working on my cooking techniques (it’s one of the many reasons I don’t have a food blog).
