I cannot believe that we are changing the clocks this week! Where has the time gone? I don’t know if I’m ready for late Shabbosim and putting the kids to bed when it’s still light outside.
I think this week flew by faster than last week. I have been so exhausted, so as usual, we have having a really simple Shabbos menu. Here’s what we’re having:
- Spiced Braised Beef With Sweet Potatoes (my simplified version)
- Brown rice
- (chicken nuggets for the kids)
