Mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, butter and brown sugar together in a small bowl.
Place the apples in a deep baking pan then fill the apples with the rolled oat and cinnamon mixture (don't fill too much or else apples will burst).
Drizzle maple syrup over the tops of the apples
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until apples are soft
Notes
Cool the apples until they are room temperature.
Individually wrap each apple in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
Arrange the wrapped apples in airtight container or freezer storage bag.
Label your food!
Place in freezer for up to 60 days.
