Parmesan Lemon Pepper Tilapia

All, you know I don’t like to patchke in the kitchen, so when DH bought a bag of frozen tilapia I wasn’t happy. I had no idea how to cook it. I just learned how to cook salmon and I knew tilapia was not the same.

So, after some internet research I came across a wonderful recipe. My version is below, because the first time I made it it was way too salty and I didn’t have some of the ingredients.

This simple recipe is just that. Simple. Tasty. And easy to prepare!

Parmesan Lemon Pepper Tilapia

Materials

  • 8-10 pieces tilapia
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400
  • Defrost tilapia and coat in oil
  • Mix parmesan and lemon pepper
  • Coat tilapia pieces in parmersan mixture and lay in flat layer on foil lined baking pan
  • Cook for 10 minutes
  • Broil for additional 2-3 minutes until fish develops crust (watch so it does not burn)
