Wow, this week flew by, didn’t it? Not sure where it went or why it seems shorter than last week, but it does. With that being said, I didn’t want to cook too much for Shabbos, since we won’t be able to eat fleishig leftovers until Wednesday! With that in mind, here’s what I planned:
- Stuffed cabbage (store-bought, freezer)
- Onion kugel (freezer)
- Chicken (freezer)
- Roasted zucchini
- Vegetable kugel (store-bought, freezer)
