Cornflake Crusted Chicken

Whenever it’s time to stock up on cereal, my kids always suggest I buy Corn Flakes. So of course I buy them, fill up the cereal dispenser, and then they just sit there. No one eats them. Apparently they get too soggy too quickly for my kids.

So we’re often left with cereal that no one will eat, until I came up with this recipe to use it up. I’ve seen take-out food stores sell it, so figured it would be easy enough to make myself. Enjoy!
